Everything is ready for traditional Palilula Night, organized this year on September 3 and dedicated to 100 years of Great war beginning and 70 years of Nis liberation in the Secong WW, said Boban Dzunic, president of Palilula Municipality. Beside rich music-stage programme, at the plateau in front of Palilula market place, the exhibitions of hand made works, Festival of wine and promotion of Palilula newspaper are also organized. Although this year Palilula night is organized two months after the usual term because of the solidarity for the citizens who had flooded houses during May and June this year, it does not mean that this cultural manifestation will not fulfill the expectations. 
Programme starts at 19 30 at Palilula crossroad stop and will last until late night. Central stage is reserved for musical programme `In the heart of Palilula` with many performers of spiritual andso called old town and Nis merak ( old Serbian word for fulfilling desire and good times). On 50 trade show stands are planned the exhibitions of hand made works, artistic pieces, together with Uncle Zika Corner, Festival of wine and promotion of double edition of Palilula newspapers. Within the following programme, that starts already on September 29, are sport activities on Bubanj, then chess tournament of the young people. City traffic will be redirected because of this whole organization on September 3 – the cross road stop at Palilula market place will be closed all to St Nikola Church, i.e. Episkopska street and part of Vojvode Gojka, Bozidarceva, Takovska, Hajduk Veljkova, Stanoje Bunusevca and Dusana Popovica streets.
